art deco condo remodel | south beach

This South Beach art deco remodel project came to us a true diamond-in-the rough. Our design concept included an homage to art deco glamour along with the comfort of mid-century and coastal modern styles. The feature wall in the living room has classic art deco motif and the gold/brass elements continue with the coffee and dining table, recalling to the elegance of another time. The main bathroom was generously enlarged and also features an art deco inspired wall tile along with deco-inspired vanity and gold plumbing fixtures.  The two bedrooms each have their own character.  We designed one bedroom in a calm, coastal modern style with layered neutral tones and linen textures and the second bedroom in a more colorful mid-century style. The mid-century modern style continues into the en-suite bathroom with an oversized turquoise wall tile.  The completed project is a bright and polished gem in Miami Beach.
