This project brings out the most of this beautifully scaled Mid-Century home in Nautilus, Miami Beach. We combined classic and organic modernism to create an inspired for space for this Miami couple. For the dining room, we built on the iconic Scandinavian designed Wishbone chair and completed the look with a walnut table, organic motif area rug and warm abstract wall art. The living room balances contemporary and mid-century furniture in a calming palate of warm whites with accents in muted green and terra cotta. A unique u-shaped coffee table and a classic modern Eames lounge chair and ottoman in ivory balances the clean lines of the sofa with rounded edges and smooth curves. The entry way wall art of aerial photography brings an original botanical element and was inspired by the client’s work in aviation.
